BIOGRAPHY
Marjeta Marolt is an associate professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor. Her research focuses on digital transformation of SMEs, business model innovation, and business and learning analytics. She has been involved in several national, international, and industry projects, contributing to both research and applied development initiatives. Her research work has been published in international journals and conference proceedings. She integrates research findings into her teaching, fostering evidence-based and innovation-oriented learning environments. She has received an award for excellence in pedagogical and research work from the University of Maribor.
