Organization and Management of Human Resources and Educational Systems
Human resources are an important factor in the development, modernization and functioning of any organization. A graduate of our study programme is capable of developing human resources and educational systems, planning and professionally managing human resources and educational operations, performing maintenance of human resources and educational systems, leading and realizing human resources and educational projects, and leading human resources and educational services. He or she is qualified to create human resources strategies and developmental policies for leading human resource systems and managing educational organizations.
