A graduate of our study programme is capable of developing human resource and educational systems, planning and professionally managing human resource and educational operations, performing maintenance of human resource and educational systems, leading and realizing human resource and educational projects, and leading human resource and educational services. He or she is qualified to create human resource strategies and developmental policies for leading human resource systems and managing educational organizations.
