The General Conditions of Using the www.fov.uni-mb.si Webpage
All pictorial material and content published on www.fov.uni-mb.si belong to the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (hereinafter referred to as FOS) and shall only be used for non-commercial purposes; when used, notices on the author's rights must be clearly visible. The material shall not be copied, distributed or spread in any other way without prior written permission from FOS.
FOS shall collect certain types of personal data on web page visitors for the purposes of enrolment or for processing information with regard to possible questions. The FOS Intranet pages shall enable the processing of the personal data of employees and students. FOS undertakes to protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act; therefore, it shall record this data for internal processing only and shall not forward it to any physical or natural persons.
In order to prevent unauthorized access to this data and ensure correct processing, FOS shall employ suitable technical and organizational procedures for its protection.
FOS shall not be held responsible for occasional inaccessibility of the webpage, possible information inaccuracy or any damages resulting from using inaccurate or incomplete information published on its web page. FOS reserves the right to change the content on its web pages.
